Dr. Pepper is a soulful boy with bright brown eyes and the cutest floppy ears. He can be a little shy in the loud shelter environment, but beneath that hesitation is a dog who just wants to be loved. Dr. Pepper warms up nicely with a little patience and will even come lay down next to you for pets once he feels safe. He is a great manageable size and seems housetrained. A foster or forever home would do him a world of good; he just needs a quiet, loving place to truly blossom! Could it be with you?!
