Lap dog in search of a lap!! Meet Chia who's petite (16 lbs.) and sweet. She's about 7 years old and was brought to the shelter when her owner passed away and there was no one to take care of her. How sad is that? She's so lovable, kid and everybody friendly and has lived with dogs. Shelter life has been tough on her when all she wants is a lap and love.
